Project Manager

Candidates must have a minimum of five years of project management or electrical engineering experience or experience as an electrician. You must have demonstrated leadership skills and abilities and strong communication skills. As a member of our project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from beginning to conclusion. You will manage the work of electricians, vendors, and suppliers, bringing decisive and focused leadership to the task. You will manage all financial aspects of the projects through ongoing budget forecasts.

Assistant Project Manager

Candidates for this position will assist project managers in their duties. You will assist in overseeing all aspects of assigned commercial projects from beginning to conclusion. You will assist in managing the work of electricians, vendors and suppliers. You will assist in managing all financial aspects of the projects through ongoing budget forecasts. Two years of electrical industry experience or experience as an electrician is preferred, but not necessary for consideration.

Estimators

Candidates must have a minimum of five years of estimating experience in the electrical industry. As an estimator, you will compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for outlining bids, selecting vendors, and determining cost effectiveness. You must be able to analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documents to prepare time, cost and labor estimates for projects and assist the project manager in estimating change orders. You must have advanced computer skills with MS Office and estimating software, and knowledge of construction costs and engineering principles.
